Don’t Be Motivated by ‘that Pastor’

Do you know ‘that pastor’? That successful pastor. That pastor who has a 5000 member church. That other leader who has this other camera. Or the cool looking business card. That pastor who is doing that who got this result and so you want to do that too.

Every time you are motivated by what you see, you should also prepare yourself for disappointment. Because not all the time, the same will happen with you.

But if you try to make something happen because someone else made it happen then you will find yourself striving and reaching burn out.

Three things that you need to do:
Do only what God tells you to do.
Do only what your vision entails.
Do only what glorifies Christ.

Let’s go, leaders!
