Revive Kenya Report
We’d like to take this opportunity to thank our dear partners and friends for praying and supporting our three days of meetings in Nairobi, the largest city of Kenya with second largest population with a high 4 million people where we experienced a mighty move of God.
This 3 day journey was wonderful as the hungry people of Kenya gathered, expecting a fresh encounter with Jesus. Many spirits were revived, and hearts set ablaze all over again.
Revive Kenya – Day 1 (August 24, 2016)
Our first night of meetings started off strong as Pastor Shyju shared powerful revelations through the story of the multiplication of the 5 loaves and 2 fish (John 6:1-14).
“Some people are only happy with some miracle, but Jesus was looking to give them words of life. If you want to know Jesus, you need to know the Word. The more you do, the more you’ll understand Him, then more power flows through that knowledge, and when grace is multiplied the power is made manifest.” He also shared the prophetic word that, Jesus is rising up a generation that won’t count on seeing with their eyes, but rather believing in their heart.
Revive Kenya – Day 2 (August 25, 2016)
On the second evening a mighty anointing was being released as Pastor Shyju was used powerfully to share words of knowledge and many testified to receiving a healing touch from Jesus. The meeting went on as he continued sharing on the 5 loaves and 2 fish, and used the life of Elisha to serve as an example of how as believers we should be hungry to linger a little longer, and then receive the double portion anointing. The believers were encouraged to hear the powerful prophecy released through pastor Shyju that, “God is about to raise mighty generals and spiritual giants in Kenya for the glory of Jesus.”
Revive Kenya – Day 3 (August 26, 2016)
On the third and final evening on the conference, Pastor Shyju preached his heart out through the Scripture (1 Peter 2:1-6) as he shared on believers as living stones and how sin sears the consciousness so that we lose the life we’re supposed to carry. As believers, we ought to worry more about maintaining purity and remaining consecrated. “Salvation is already yours, but you must grow into the place where you no longer need to be carried, instead you’ll begin to carry the destiny of nations.” The meeting ended with great rejoicing as we all worshipped God together as a family.

Pastor’s and Leader’s Breakfast
On Saturday morning Pastor Shyju invited the local pastors and leaders to come and gather together for a teaching and time of fellowship. He shared a powerful word on 10 areas where the enemy attacks pastors and leaders. Oftentimes the enemy attacks when we’re worn out and weary so he shared these 10 tricks of the enemy the enemy uses to make us feel that way. “As a leader, expect honour only from Jesus. If they can buy you with compliments, they can also sell you with criticism.”
Service at Christ Community Church
On Saturday evening Pastor Shyju was invited to minister at a local church where hundreds of believers gathered together with hunger and expectation. The evening kicked off with a powerful time of praise and worship, lots of dancing and great celebration. Pastor Shyju went on by sharing his heart with a special word on how Jesus desires to be best friends with us, closer than a brother. The evening concluded with a time of kneeling and praying at the feet of Jesus and more rejoicing and celebration.
Revive Kenya (August 28, 2016)
On Sunday morning Pastor Shyju got invited to minister at CITAM where he preached in two services. He shared on the lady with the alabaster jar (Mark 14:3-9) how she broke her heart and treasure at the feet of Jesus, and found redemption and hope in His eyes. “You will find yourself by discovering Jesus.”
Pastor Shyju along with the Revive Nations team got a unique opportunity to minister to women in the local prison where he shared a word of encouragement, and also spent a powerful time of ministry praying for them. The presence of God was thick in that place, and many hearts were touched as dozens accepted the Jesus as their personal Lord and savior.
Friends, we’d like to thank you all again for your love and support. Thank you for all your prayers for Kenya. The Lord blessed these meetings with His grace, mercy & favour.
