Editorial: Persecutions against the children of God are rising. This author has received first hand information about attacks on the pastors and believers in Madhya Pradesh of the organization that he is a part of. Newspapers also reported of planned attacks in Bastar, Chattisgarh. The disappointing aspect about these attacks is that the police arrested the victims than the perpetrators. Let the church arise and pray for when the persecutions rose, the church expanded further in the first century!
November was also a month when we lost giants in Dr. Myles Munroe and Chikku Kuriakose, a well-known worship leader from Kerala, India. Yet, both untimely deaths also remind us of the hope that we have in Christ. Dr. Munroe left a lasting legacy, and Bro. Chikku’s funeral service was quite unlike what we see in India. It was a homegoing celebration that turned thousands to that blessed hope we all have.
