Overcome Clueless Journeying

clueless-journeyingWithout direction, a man can be void of his real value. With no currents to stir his strength, he is merely like a wasted dry bone.

Find direction at His feet. Seek a mentor who can solidify your capacity, and point out the direction to your destiny. The road travelled will then be less troubling to your heart than your feet.

Here’s Bishop T. D. Jakes defining it well:

“Somewhere on your journey, you’re going to come to a place of uncertainty where you’re trying to figure things out. You will remain stuck at this spot until you humble yourself enough to bring someone on the journey with you. Until you can bring people into the place of your uncertainty, you will be stuck in the middle of your journey. Until you can lower your pride and communicate your deficiencies with someone you trust who will hold you accountable, you will be stuck. Your journey has to be more important than your pride. It is better to compromise your pride rather than spend your life stuck in a place that you should be able to ride over. God’s going to send someone into your life, but you have to open up your chariot and let them in! Are you riding in a closed chariot? (Acts 8:30)”
