The above video clipping is of a real life incident that happened at a jewelry store in Texas, NY. An armed robber made an attempt to rob the shop, but got an earful instead!
“In the name of Jesus, I command you to get out of my store. You are bound by the Holy Spirit and you are leaving,” Marian Johnson Chadwick, owner of the store forcefully told this man who was pointing a gun at her and her customer.
And in no time the invader left, and neither Chadwick nor her customer (who was also a Christian) was hurt!
“He could have shot at us or could have grabbed anything, but he was totally arrested by the Holy Spirit. The power of God filled the store and it just pushed him back. By faith, if we truly believe who we are in Christ, He will protect us,” Chadwick was later quoted as saying.
Now isn’t that an awesome testimony of faith in action?
Psalm 91:7 says: “A thousand may fall at your side, ten thousand at your right hand, but it will not come near you.” That’s God’s promise of protection for His children!
The only thing that limits us today from seeing divine intervention in our lives is our level of faith. If God can use this lady who simply yet strongly believed in the name of Jesus, so can you see miracles in your life in the mighty name of Jesus.
