…walk away from them?

Walking away is easy. However, it is at best only temporary relief. If not dealt with, the conflict grows stronger, becomes bigger and finds its way back to strike you in the face on another day, at another time.

Bigger opportunities and responsibilities have bigger problems and challenges. It is here where we learn to tackle new situations like never before. It will cause you to challenge past strategies, learn fresh, apply new strategies and see new results.

New platforms come with new demons and troubles. Learning of new strategies must also be accompanied by the knowledge of how to handle bigger problems that come with that next level.

Continue to learn conflict management. With every new issue, learn how not to aggravate a fire but how to extinguish it.

And every fire comes with the objective to frighten, discourage and make you walk away from the destiny you are called to.

The options are simple: Walk away or learn, grow and become better at handling those new challenges to see greater glory!
