We have to understand the Lord. He enjoys His Church. To understand who we are, we have to understand whose we are, our God. The Bible says that those who know their God will do exploits. Dan 11:32. Yet, John the Baptist got hijacked by confusion, not because he didn’t know his God but rather, he didn’t understand how God saw him. His lack of identity cost him his life.

There is real danger in not knowing how God sees us.

Our heavenly Father gives us a name, an identity, and also gives us boundaries and instructions. Knowing our spiritual inheritance is essential. We must know our spouse, ourselves and our flesh. We must know our children for they carry our name and our legacy.

We must know how God sees us!

In Revelations 1:4-6, Apostle John begins with a blessing:

John, to the seven churches that are in Asia: Grace to you and peace from him who is and who was and who is to come, and from the seven spirits who are before his throne, 5 and from Jesus Christ the faithful witness, the firstborn of the dead, and the ruler of kings on earth. To him who loves us and has freed us from our sins by his blood 6 and made us a kingdom, priests to his God and Father, to him be glory and dominion forever and ever. Amen.

Friend, John was teaching the church, that there are two things on every child of God: Grace and Peace.

Now, there are different levels of this gift from God.

Twice, Peter the apostle blessed the church, with “May your grace be multiplied to you”. (1 and 2 Peter 1:2).

You may ask, what was happening, why did the church need a multiplication of this grace?

Find a man of God who understands the grace of God that he carries, who can speak and say, let grace be multiplied to you, and that Word will cause the grace be multiplied!

It is the blessing of a father, the blessing of the prophet, the blessing of the apostle, who may declare over his church, grace and peace, multiply!

Receive this prayer, blessed reader:

I bless you, that you shall not fail. You shall have great victory. You shall not be scattered. You shall not be weak, You shall prosper. I speak the heart of the Lord over you, Peace and Grace be multiplied, in the Name of Jesus!

You might ask, where is this grace coming from?

The grace Apostle John speaks in Revelations, comes from Somebody Who was in your past, your present and in your future. Grace comes through Christ!

Romans 5:15 tells us that For if many died through one man’s trespass, much more have the grace of God and the free gift by the grace of that one man Jesus Christ abounded for many.

Beloved, it does matter what happened in your past.

The enemy tried to bring trauma in your past, tried to adulterate your future by crushing your past. But God was in your past! Even if you don’t see it, God is here, now, in your present. And the Lord Jesus Who loves you, is in your future!

Beloved, the God of your past, the God of your present, Your Jesus Who is in your future, speaks GRACE and PEACE over you!

You have nothing to fear about tomorrow, about last week, now, or next year.

Hold the hand of the Lord who brings you Grace and Peace!

Almighty God speaks Grace and Peace over your NOW. Our loving God speaks Grace and Peace over your future!

Beloved, know who you are because you know Whose you are: The God Who WAS, Who IS and Who IS TO COME!

Our God is already in your future.

Today is a day of VICTORY because today, we choose to remember our God!

Our God opens the Book of Remembrance over our lives; He shall remember you! He remembers your seeds, every altar you have ever built, every patient kindness, every act of service, every loyalty. Even though you had little strength, you remembered the Lord and He remembers you!

Peace and grace regarding your past. Peace and grace regarding your present. Peace and grace regarding your future! Our God is faithful! His steadfast love never ends!
